What is the exchange and refund policy?
All items sold are non-refundable unless the merchandise is found defective; an exchange of merchandise (in the original packaging) may be arranged, provided that Customers inform Celebrate Club customer services within 3 days after receipt of the merchandise. The signed delivery receipt of merchandise will serve as proof of purchase.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
It is impossible to cancel or edit an order once it has been placed and paid for. However, if there is an incorrect delivery address or contact information, please be so kind as to contact Celebrate Club customer service at cs@celebrate.com.hk or 3656 7888 within 24 hours for amendment.
What are the delivery terms?
- Delivery service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Normally the product will be delivered within 7-10 working days after the order is confirmed; it may vary due to product availability.
- Delivery will be suspended and re-arranged in case of the black rain signal or typhoon signal No.8 or above is being hoisted.
- Delivery services are unavailable for Park Island, Discovery Bay and Outlying Islands.
- Free delivery for purchases over HK$500, otherwise delivery charge will pay on arrival.
- Applicable to single delivery address only, Extra HK$200 will be charged for re-delivery arrangements.
